Thursday January 15. Coldies!

Up with decent sleep, snack of egg and pecans. Coffee.

WOD: AMRAP 20: Run 400, start with 10 KBS, run 400, 20 KBS, and so on. Made it thru 5 complete rounds swinging the big bell. Yeah.

Breakfast: slim pickins' this am: Costco today! 3 hb eggs, tangerine, red pepper, pecans. More coffee.

Lunch: 1B salad with cuke, red pepper, added shrimp, brocc, avacado, walnuts.

Brandon Spikes is coming back for his Senior year! Yeah Gators. But Percy's gone....not a surprise- guess you can't have EVERTHING.

snack- shrimp, walnuts.

din- salmon, eggplant, avacado, walnuts. my fav.
3-1-15.

0-0-4. few more walnuts.

  1. Pb and the 85 will def be trying it but already know i will like it! Won't see you in the am will be making the boys fritatas(sp?) tomorrow morning and CFing in the evening, but maybe see you sometime over the weekend?
