Thursday January 8. GAMEDAY BABY.

Up at the usual 445 with 5 solid hrs, then the last 2.5 spotty. Coffee, chicken and avacado.
1-0-5.

WOD: Run 400, 40 GHD sit ups, run 400, 20 burpees, 4 rope climbs, 20 burpees, run 400, 40 GHD hypers, run 400. Rope climbs were much stronger today, a personal victory. BUT: two other victories came from LIZ and MK who BOTH tackled the advanced rope all the way to the top for the first time. Way to go girls! Nice work. Shout out to Kate for killing it today. My body is tight, sore; feeling this full week of tough WODs, and I am sure my low carb intake is not helping that situation. I am ready for the weekend.

Breakfast: hb eggs, eggplant, 1/2 apple, walnuts.
3-2-12.

Lunch @ 1- wasn't hungry till then-highly unusual for me. Not feeling too good today.

I am getting nervous now, 6PM- and excited, tho. I have to remember that regardless of who wins tonight, the sun will still rise, and it will be a beautiful sunrise, as usual- God's gift. But, it WAS orange and blue this am, sooo.....

Some shrimp, raw veggies, chicken, eggplant, avacado, walnuts. Kept it under control.
