Tuesday with the HSPU's. Jan 13.

more solid sleep. God is good. Learned what happens when you don't put the mesh filter in your coffee pot. Not good. Do not recommend. Regrouped and coffee, chicken, walnuts.

WOD: Run 800, burpees 10 down to 1, HSPU's 1 up to 10, run 800. So, the flippin hand stands were tough! Stayed on the wall, but no head touches. Yeah baby. That's the last time for THAT shiz. :)

the breakfast: chicken since I sacrificed the last 3 hb eggs for my beautiful husband, eggplant, tangerine, avacado, walnuts.

Feel good this am, have some slight issues with my right shoulder, but nothing too major- nothing a good massage can't work out, I think.

lunch- on the road- salad with chicken, side of guac. Nut packer today.
3-1-15.

snack- egg, pecans.
1-0-8.

din- chicken taco salad, avacado.
3-1-10.

chicken, walnuts.
1-0-2.
