Wednesday January 28

coffee and snack of egg, nuts.

WOD: For time: Run 400, 25 snatches (63), 25 box jumps (20"), row 750, 25 box jumps, 25 snatches, run 400. Typical tough triple, esp. with the row in the middle- always gets me! I am sore all over my body, feeling pretty beat up, but we're on the down side now. It's all good.

Breakfast: chicken, eggplant, avocado, walnuts.

lunch- chicken, bruss sp, red pepp, avpcado, walnuts. all mixed up.

snack- egg, avocado

din- jasons deli- salad with chicken, guac, home for nuts.
4-1-15. I think the side of chicken there is more than 3oz.



  1. i know but they're so expensive, and i have a regular know problem. :( thanks for the 411 on the turkey burgers. :) any particular brand better than the others?

  2. feelin' sore too Sarah, and I took an extra day off so my gameplan looks like this ... tuesdays wod tomorrow, wednesdays (todays) wod on friday, tomorrows wod on saturday plus whatever extra work we have ... Sunday OFF!!!! ~ J (help me follow thru with this gameplan!!!)
