WOD: For time: Run 400, 25 snatches (63), 25 box jumps (20"), row 750, 25 box jumps, 25 snatches, run 400. Typical tough triple, esp. with the row in the middle- always gets me! I am sore all over my body, feeling pretty beat up, but we're on the down side now. It's all good.
Breakfast: chicken, eggplant, avocado, walnuts.
lunch- chicken, bruss sp, red pepp, avpcado, walnuts. all mixed up.
snack- egg, avocado
din- jasons deli- salad with chicken, guac, home for nuts.
4-1-15. I think the side of chicken there is more than 3oz.
