Up with not so good sleep. Coffee, egg & walnuts
WOD: Push Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1. Worked with MK on these. Started heavys at 115-120-125...stayed there with one failed 125, and a failed 130. Oh well, no PR's today! Was trying to get to 135, but suspect bar position kept me from hitting that. Seems like once my focus was broken, all bets were off. But still a good WOD, good to work on form and speed of the dip-drive. Love my Do-Wins. Will be going back in at 530 today for squat work.
Breakfast: salmon, eggplant, avocado.

Lunch: chicken, brocc, r&o pepper, avocado.
Snack- egg, avocado.
Back to the gym for squat work. Pauly joined me, and we did squats together. There was some great energy tonight with the 6&7PM classes up there all doing lifts, getting great coaching...we all were simultaneously! loved it. 6x5 @ 135lbs. 75 GHD situps.
