WOD: The Valentine's Bloody Massacre. I am somewhat afraid.
I was right. It sucked. Row 1000, 50 lunges, 50 push ups, 50 thrusters (33), 25 du's, 40 lunges, 40 push ups, 40 WBS (14k), 20 du's, 30 lunges, 30 push ups, 30 thrusters, 15 du's, run 800. It was as sick as it sounds.
Breakfast- salmon, sweet potatoes.
Lunch- chicken, avocado.
3-0-15 plus 3 from break
Snack- chicken, avocado, nuts from break
1-0-11 Back caught up now with the fats.
0-0-6. nuts. done till din, Oragami!!!!
It's been a wonderful day with a pedicure, sun, and my husband who arranged my flowers himself for this Lovey Dovey Day!...and got me extra dark chocs....mmmm!
