Up and coffee.
WOD: Metcon Monday, which soooo what I was not hoping for, but at least Coach was nice enough to give us the choice of only one 800m activity, not two combined like the last two Metcon Mondays....THANK YOU, MY MAN. I, of course, chose to run my 800's today, as did the rest of 6AM. kept it tight with 2:58, 3:00, 3:00. Extra work: Hang Power Cleans 5-5-5-5-5. Started heavys at 85, 95, 105, 105, 95, 95 for a little extra set.
So, it was a glorious weekend- but I am in purge mode today. Kept it clean, with cheats being rice in the two rolls that P and me split but held the sauce and that flipping counts for something (on top of LOTS of fantastic sashimi), sake and BL beer, dark chocolate, and a few Paleo brownies. Outside of that, food was clean, just went a little over Sat and Sun....but what a weekend. :) Loved every minute of it, too.
Breakfast: chicken, eggplant, nuts.
Lunch: chicken, o&y peppers, brocc, avocado, few nuts.
Snack- chicken and almonds
Din- mahi, brocc, little cuke, avocado, walnuts.
11-4-37 so far. gotta get one more protein tonight!
