Tuesday with Lynne Feb 17

Up and coffee.

WOD: Lynne: 5 rds: bw benches and pull ups. I cannot bench my body weight. Went with 98 lbs today. Total score of 120. Shout out to MK and Mariel for doing great with Miss Lynne...Mariel, you are strong. Extra work: Front Squats 95-95-105-105-105. So diff from back squats!

Breakfast: 3 eggs, chicken, eggplant, avocado, nuts.
4-1-12.

Lunch: salad, chicken, few olives, packed nuts.
3-1-12.

Snack- 2 hb eggs, walnuts.
2-0-6.

Din- mahi, bruss sprouts, avocado.
3-2-10.

12-4-40.

  1. Maybe I was just thinking it felt like 115. I think you are right we just stayed with 105 right? Who knows I can't even remember what day it is. All I remember is that you kicked butt and I was strugglin!!
