Up, not good sleep, coffee, egg, nuts.

WOD: 5 rds: minute at each station: thrusters (53), box jumps (20"), row for cals; rest one minute btw rds. Total count is score. Beat my last one by 14, 253 vs 267. I'll take it. Glad to have the triple behind me for the week.

Breakfast: salmon, sw. potatoes.

Lunch- salad w/ chicken, little side of brocc, nuts.
3-1-18. added the 6 fats from breakfast.

Snack- egg, avocado
1-0-5.

Din- Jason's. usual suspects.
