WOD: Rd 1: row 800, 50 curb push ups (I got a feeling this is the 'new' push up), 40 kte's, rest 3 min; Rd 2: row 600, 40 curb push ups, 30 kte's, rest 3 min; Rd 3: row 400, 30 curb push ups, 20 kte's. YEAH, GET SOME. That was a tough one, but good push. Finished 36:something....extra work on the muscle snatch: 10 @ 33lbs, 20 @ 43lbs. That's about all I wanted for the day.
Breakfast- salmon, eggplant, avocado, 1/2 grapefruit, walnuts. more coffee.
Lunch- salad with chicken. Nut packer today.
3?-1-12. Really don't think it was full 3oz.. we'll see what 3PM looks like!
Well, I guess the damn thing was 3B! I was all good till snack time @4.
din- scallops, cauli, avocado, little orange pepper. so pretty.
some dark 70%, with a skoch of almond butter for the dipping. holy smoke that's so good.
