Wedneswday Feb 4. Tough Triple.

Up and coffee, snack of egg and nuts.
1-0-5.

WOD: 30 min: every minute on the minute: 8 burpees, 16 KBS (24K), 24 DU's. Very tough fo me today to keep up as we got towards the end, but glad me and MK did the 8's. This was def a hard push. Gotta eat more carbs.

break- 3 eggs plus a yolk, eggplant, 1/2 pear, nuts.
3-2-12.

lunch- less than stellar at an industry meeting. Little bit of pulled pork, green beans. packed pepper, celery, nuts.
3-2-12. best guess on the protein, hidden fat factor in the fn pork. Arrrggghhhh.

I have def had better days than this one. No need to go into detail, just need to let it out. And remember how blessed I am.

snack- egg, nuts.
1-0-6.

din- scallops, chicken, bruss sprouts, little cuke salad, avocado.
4-1-12.
