WOD: Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1; Push Press 3-3-3-3-3; Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5. What a long and demanding WOD! I hit a PR today on the Shoulder press, 75-80-85PR-90-95fail. Push 85-95-105-115fail-115. Jerk 95-105-115-95-95. After the 115 jerk I was basically done and backed it up to preserve whatever gumption I have left for tonight's work. It has been a long week and my body is feeling it- Eva is still lingering around, and the work this am has pissed off something in my scapula area. I just deemed myself a massage candidate today. Got to get it worked out. I can feel it when I take deep breaths. It's all good, tho. I am blessed. Big shout out to MK who, despite dealing with some muscular tightness issues, still is strong as ever! Nice work girl.
