WOD: Deads 1-1-1-1-1-1. Did not feel too strong with these today. Started to hitch a few at the end. Really need to work on a smooth pull from here out. I don't recall ever having this issue before. Missed one due to poor grip, so started alt grip by the 4th pull. 195-205-215fail-215fail-215-220. I know my form was not all that great. Extra work was tough, Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5 followed by weighted pull ups (10lbs) 5-5-5-5-5. Went 75-80-75-80-80 on the presses. Took me until about the 3rd set to feel the presses. Tired and it's only Monday morning.
