The excitement of the day is that MK's WODs are posted for this weekend! No HSPUs! Yes.
WOD: 5 rds: 7 Deads (185), 30 air squats, 7 HSPUs. I did not go Rxd today. Went with 165lbs on the deads, and still felt like my form was breaking down on some. Dang it! I tend to get excited thru the WOD (esp. since I was going with the 165, should have gone 175 I think) and rush my deads. This (back rounding) is a major downfall I have. I am going to have to improve here. We worked on DUs after the WOD. Cool to see Amy from PA with her parents and mister (?)...and for them to do today's WOD, also.
