Thursday which is my Friday!

Up, coffee. IF.

WOD: Triple: run 800, 5 rds: 10 KBS (24), 5 pull ups; 5 rds: 20 sit ups, 10 push presses (65), run 800. Finished 18:18. Another tough WOD, but thank goodness this is it for the week. I am fn beat. But, very excited for what lies ahead. The Mighty MK is ready.

HUNGRY.

1- salmon, egg, red pepper, brocc, avocado

2- chicken, cuke, nuts, avocado. over on nuts here
