Up at 445 with coffee, egg, nuts.

WOD: For time: Push Press (73) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1: run 200m on the evens, 30 du's on the odds. 13:03. Good one this am. I had the pleasure of training beside my mister today, too- me likey.

2 hb eggs plus the rest of P's white omelet, spinach, nuts.

Not feeling too great this am, just normal stuff.

salad with chicken, cuke, red pepper, avocado.
