WOD: Tabata Something Diff: 8 rds, 20 sec on, 10 sec rest. 1 min rest btw sets. Row for cals, push press (53lbs), sit ups, squats. Total number is score. Wow were those push presses tough! A good triple today. MK and I usually don't do extra on triples, but she (then we) wanted to work on HSPU's, so we did 1 minute hand stands, 5x. Those are tough, too.
Headed to the sauna, then Dr. Mike's! I am blessed in my life to have a job with great flex time. Been able to keep close to my office this week- may go to Immokalee tomorrow for a few customer visits and a trip to the boneyard, so if any of my peeps need produce for Easter, let me know....
