Tuesday April 14. Glad this one's OVER.

Up with pretty good sleep. Coffee. eggy.

WOD: I am calling this the 'Sleeper Ugly Double': 3 rds: Row 500, 21 burpees, run 400. Usually on MG days I can hang, but this little beyotch kicked my buttocks today. That flippin' row leading things off sucks, period. STILL my nemesis. Extra work: HSPU's: did 33 of those little monkeys. Soooo excited about the triple tomorrow. Yeah right.

break- hb eggys, red pepper, strawberries, walnuts. Lots o' lycopene.
