Cinco de Mayo de la WOD

Up with Ok sleep, but I peed a lot. Must be all the dang carbs. ;)

WOD: Row 500, 30 box jumps, 30 pull ups, 30 walking lunges, run 400, 30 lunges, 30 pull ups, 30 box jumps, row 500. Good one. 17:25. Missed my mister and my girl. ;) BIG shout out to Stuntman Psycho Killer Mike-Jim for going RXD- nice work with the kips, my man!

hb eggs, eggplant, grapefruit, almonds

chicken, red pepper, asparagus, cooked spinach, avocado.
3-3-4. could/t throw away that last bite of avocado, will account for it later.

starting din a little early
leftover omelet, pepper
0-1-0 cucumber w/ red wine vin

3-1-3 turk burg, brocc, pecans
