Monday...so soon! May 18

Up, decent sleep. IF. Coffee.

WOD: Karen: 150 WBS for time (14). Days like today I am pretty fortunate to be a girl. 6:40. Extra work: TGU's 25 each side, went with the 25lb db for all. Kept it kind of simple. Still hard work!

Sauna solo. :(
