Up with pretty good sleep best I can tell. chicken and almonds.

WOD: For time: Press/push/jerk anyway overhead 21-15-9 @ 95lbs, run 400m each round, then finish with 500m row. Found much relief in the jerk, and breaking up sets. The row was a good push at the end. 12:34.

hb eggs, grapefruit, red pepper, almonds.

chicken on a spinach salad. added almonds and an egg.
3-1-9. less than stellar.

2 eggs, nuts. went over here, but hungry.

salmon on a salad, extra yolk, avocado, 1 sq. daaaark choc.
