Tuesday but feels like Monday May 26

Up with really short sleep. chicken, pecans

WOD: Deads 1-1-1-1-1-1: 90-95% of 1RM. Was shooting for 205. Started at 185, because that was heavier than it should have been. Went 185-195-195-205-205-195fail....the 205's were ugly with a rounded back. Did some extra work on hypers to start the strengthening of my lower back. About 100 hypers.

Breakfast: hb eggs, eggplant, grapefruit, pecans
3-2-9. Am trying something new, a little cinnamon on my eggplant. Not quite apple pie, but not too bad when you want something a little sweet without the sugar. Just keep telling yourself that.
