skills day at the gym, a nice opportunity to work on HSPU's, ring dips, and the ropes. Did some one minute hand stands with MK, tried the rope with little to no legs, but discovered that I needed my legs towards the end. No burns, tho! Tried my hand at the double rope climb- made it half way! That's kookoo crazy stuff right there. Shout out to B and Jim for making great strides today in HSPU's, pull ups, and some dips! Keep it up guys!!! Did weighted step ups (12") with MK after, 5's on L/R: 65, 85, 95x5. Nice work, girl!

went back in at 6PM to do a CFE WOD. 400m x 6, with two min rest. Must stay within 3 secd of best time. It was all good till the last 2 , got 2 penalties. 6 min of isometric squat. THis one kicked my ass. I knew immediately into the 1st 400m that I was in for it! 1:16, 1:17, 1:18, 1:18, 1:20, 1:20. The last time we ran 400m sprints my times ranged from 1:18 to 1:23.

R u a four blocker now? So glad you two had a good weekend. I am so looking forward to relaxing and sunning at the beach Sat... hope the weather cooperates!
