Thursday June 4

Up with decent sleep, coffee. IF today.

WOD: Row sprints 250m, 500m, 750m, 1K w/ rest. Emphasis on split times, damper, strokes, form, etc. Not my favorite, but I definitely need it and it wasn't all that bad. My best split time was for the 1000m, with the lowest damper setting I have ever used of 4.5, so that's pretty cool for now. Did 30 HSPU's for extra work.

IF 17hrs.

turk burg, egg, red pepper, avocado, pecans

chicken, cuke, nuts

WOD 2: CFE: 10 100m sprints, with 90sec rest.


mahi, salad, yellow squash, avocado, pecans
