Friday!! I dig it.

Up with good sleep. No snack this am, wasn't hungry. Dinner was great last night, but a little late, and it was a big meal due to my IF and I needed to make up some blocks.

WOD: OHS 3-3-3-3-3-3: Lots of warm up, then: 75-80-85-90-95-100-105x5. PR!! I am pretty pumped about it, because 105 was my 1RM going into today. Shout out to COACH and MK for the support this am, but to MK also for PRing a 3RM! 5x5 HPC's after for shits and giggles 85-85-95-95-95. Whew- I am done.

Breakfast @ 8- 3 hb eggs, greens shake, nuts

I love Fridays.

lunch- chicken, red pepper, avocado, spinach, nuts

egg, nuts
