WOD: 5 rds: run 200, 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, 30 air squats, 40 fingy-toes situps. Finished 26:23. Good gymnastics day! Am going back in tonight for a CFFB WOD. I am a little scared about that after seeing MK's hands this am....IT'S ALL GOOD. Sooo glad to have 6AM back to almost where it was- we missed you Mike! ..and it's always great to see Cary. Nice work 6AM!
