WOD: Row 4min for max meters, then CNJ 4min for max reps. Tough one for me today. One of my limiting beliefs is that MW days are hardest for me. Only 1011m on the row, then 21 cleans at 85lbs. Total was 2786 I think. Shout out to MK who crushed it. Extra was back squats: 135-145-155-155-155.
Errands this am despite my 'plan' to catch up on a few zzzz's since last night was skinny. Just making the most of my am until I get to eat, or until my phone starts ringing. I have been blessed with a great summer thus far, with this being a slower time at work for me- nothing unusual- but I do have crap on my desk to clean up and get done.
