FRIDAY! July 10- Parties galore this weekend!

Up with decent sleep. Coffee, egg, nuts.

WOD: 9 Minutes and you're done: 3 min of max rep CNJ (83), rest 3 min; 3 min of burps, rest 3 min; 3 min max cal row, DONE! 23, 43, 53- respectively for a total of 119. I will take it for today- it's FRIDAY and it's been yet anotehr long week of WODs. Coach was a gem this am by gifting me and MK with no extra work today! Nice!
