It was 5 notebooks, Kate....

Up with short sleep because I got sucked into the HR Derby last night and I am not even a baseball, egg, nuts

WOD: 3 rds for time: run 800m, 21 HPC (65), 18 HSPU's (because mine are not head to floor every rep). Started out with 4 notebooks since that's what I used last time, but pushed it up to 5 at the last sec. Finished 24:33. Coming back tonight to work on snatches.

3 hb eggs, eggplant, nuts.

I am sore and tired- it's Tuesday.

lunch was a salad with chicken, avocado, red pepper, cuke...the usual. soo good.

salmon, brocc, avocado, 1 square daaaark choc
