it's the hump day

Up, coffee, snack of egg, nuts. extra few nuts since we got heavy deads today. In my own head it helps- whatever works people.

WOD: Heavy Deads 1-1-1-1-1-1: did a lot of warm up, then started: 185-190-195-200-205-210. As you can see, I take my time with adding weight, it seems to work best for me. I am super pleased that I broke 200 today! I did not hit my PR (225), but am still happy because it's been a while since I've been able to lift much past 195 for lots of reasons, prolly. Deads are certainly one of my harder lifts, so I'll take this for now! Little bit of rounding back in the 200 & 205, but not too bad. UBER SOUT OUT TO Brennan for PRing that 315!! NICE WORK B! You are def a strong man! Another LARGE HOLLAH to MK for her big ol' 225, was it? or 235? can't remember, but NICE WORK girl!

It seems that there's gonna be some CFE action at 1PM today. Cannot wait for that one. A cool 97 degrees, I am sure- but don't worry, it'll FEEL like 100...
