Monday all over again- July 20

Up with short sleep. Coffee. IF today.

WOD: 400m Sprints x 6: Keep times within 5 sec, or FOUL of 3 min iso squat. For me today, my first run was my slowest. They went: 1:21, 1:17, 1:16, 1:17, 1:17, 1:17. NO FOULS! These always kick my tail- I feel like I am exhausted now. (but it's all good). Me and MK are coming back for more fun tonight at 6PM. It was great to see Mariel early this am, but we miss Mike! It was me, MK, and Liz kicking it at 6AM today- mighty slim pickins'. Shout out to my 6AM girls for NO FOULS! Nice work sistahs!

I think it's time to focus more on Pose. When I started my sprints with pose this am, I felt myself propelling forward sooooo much better than heel striking. It's easy to feel how you're faster when you pose more thing to work on each week!

IF 17 hrs

meal 1- chicken, eggplant, spinach salad, avocado, nuts

meal 2 @ 345PM- chicken, 2 hb eggs, brocc, olives, nuts

So went back in to the gym to do my first CFFB WOD: 7 rds: 3 push jerks, 6 pull ups, 9 push ups

meal 3 @ 730PM- salmon, bruss sprouts, avocado, pecans.
