WOD: Power Snatches 3-3-3-3-3-3. Ended up spending almost the whole time with skills work, bar work. Good stuff. Me and MK were using 53lbs for a few reps at the end of class. Snatch grip DL's 5-5-5 (kinda): 135, 145, 155. 3x5 = 3 sets of five ;0 Snatch grip deads are def a little more challenging, but gooood.....
breakfast: 3 hb eggs, eggplant, mixed veggies, nuts
3-2-9.
Feel good today, wish I was snatching 95lbs, but that's not to be just yet.
