FRIDAY!

Up with good sleep. Me and Pauly going in at 7AM today. Coffee, egg, nuts
1-0-5

WOD: Power Cleans on the minute, 1-2-3...until fail: 15min. Total reps was 67 @ 95lbs. Was happy with that today. Pauly kicked it with a bad ass CFFB WOD.

lettuce wrapped GF burgers (a treat around here), onion, ketchup/mustard (another treat for me), pickles, avocado.....soooo good. didn't add any other carbs since condiments rule here.
