WOD: AMRAP 15: 10 KBS (20k), run 40yd. Seems simple on paper, but tough for me today. Got 16 rds. Quit with 30 sec left, rather disappointed with myself for that- I usually do not do that. Am beat. Extra was 30 ring dips- feeling better with those, working on more of a kip in the dip. Shout out to MK who killed it on her first day back!
