WOD: Nicole: AMRAP 20: run 400, max rep pull ups. Was able to up my score by 4 pullups, 75. Not quite 1oo yet!! Maybe set 80 as a 'shorter-term goal', yes? The runs aren't anything to shake a a stick at either! One rip today. Maybe not a good day to fast, my traps will be screaming tomorrow :)
