Up with good sleep, finally. No snack, we ate rather late last night...little coffee.
WOD: Snatches 8x2. Worked up to 73lbs today, still need more work. Extra work after was Snatch grip DLs with +50lbs from snatch weight, so 123lbs is all I was lifting here, 3x5. Rain this am at the gym, yuck.
breakfast- eggs, brocc, nuts. Kinda boring today.
lunch- chicken, salad, avocado, nuts.
