WOD: Row for max meters in 15 minutes. HOLD UP. Coach, did you say get your ass on the rower and do not come off until 15 minutes of rowing has been completed? Like, 15 minutes STRAIGHT? This gets a BIG HOLY SH**!!!!! Well, the 5AM'ers were still alive and walking around after they finished, soooo- got me 3568m in 15 minutes. HOLLAH TO 6am FOR GETTING IT DONE TODAY! Good work, guys!
