6 TBS canola oil
1/2 c. raw honey
2 eggs
1/2 c. carob powder
1/2 c. pecan or almond meal (I used almond)
1/4 c. arrowroot
Mix all and pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake @ 350 for about 20-25 min or until done. (mine usually always take a little longer)
NOTE: this time we added about 1/4 c. chopped walnuts to the mix and topped the raw batch with some natural pb (not paleo) for kicks and giggles. As you can see, they are not low calorie, so enjoy with caution!! :)
