Sept 17...oooooo snap.

Up with good sleep. Hungry this am.

WOD: OHS 3-3-3-3-3. Looking for 110 today, got a few, but not a 3RM. Went 95-100-105-110x1-110x2. I'll take the 3 reps @ 110 for now. Extra work: 4x10, db presses, 25's. THose are tough. Did 35 toes-to-bar.

breakfast- eggs, cooked veggies, nuts

lunch- salad @ Applebee's with some little things that looked like shrimp, added nuts.
