September 16- Gameweek for Lane Kiffin

Up with slightly short sleep- IF today.

WOD: 10 rds for time: 12 squat jumps, 9 push ups (curb), 6 pull ups. On the new bar!!! YEAH. Lovet he new bar, tho be it slick :) Finished 13:27. Good G push. Shout out to Kary and SMike this am- GREAT job, guys! Hollah to MK for killing it in her work, too :) Getting stronger, girl!!!

meal 1- mahi, spinach salad w/ the usual.

eggs, nuts

salmon, red pepper, brocc, avocado, few nuts daaark choc.

9-3-39 little skinny today. Hope it doesn't bite me in the am.
