Up with decent sleep. egg, nuts

WOD: Power Cleans @ 80% 5x5. 100lbs. My goal today was to work on elbows. Felt like they were getting faster by the end- HOLLAH to Jim for the help and teamwork this morning- his cleans are looking NICE, by the way. Did an extra set @ 105, yo. And- shout out to KB for running the 10x100 in the dark, SOLO. Been there done that, girl- kinda sucks! ALMOST FRIDAY my friends......

breakfast- 3 hb eggs, brocc, nuts
