Power Cleans 5x1: 105-115-120-125-130PR-135: Wouldn't normally have gone for one more, but the 130 felt good so I went for it. Cleaning my body weight is def something I didn't see coming- it was a little slow, and it may have been more like a squat clean, but I cleaned it :) I will effen take it for now. 125 was my old 1RM.
IF 18hrs today.
