WOD: Dysfunktional: Row 100m, then: 15, 12, 9 of L db thruster @ 25lbs, R db thruster, pull ups. 10 :12. Good one- I totally was dreading it, but it went faster than I thought. When I see 1000m row, I go 'ugh'.
