WOD: random squats for me today, which means I get to choose! Went with FSquats, 5x3. Working off old 3RM of 145 back in April '09. Lots of warmup, then 145-150PR-155x2-135-135. Felt pretty solid, so I am happy. Somewhere in that failed set @ 155 I felt a little tweak in my left rhomboid. Stretched quite a bit this am to work it out.
