Up with the usual sleep, plus a tad bit more since I decided to go in at 7AM today.
WOD: Tabata Snatch: 1 Arm db snatch @ 35lb/Box Jump/1 Arm db snatch. 35lbs was narsty. The evil number 8 got the best of me on the snatches. 25 was my total.
This one was no joke.

145PM- salmon, cabbage, brocc, walnuts, little bit of cuke salad, few green grapes. quite the smorgsabord (sp).
330PM- 2 eggys with curry, nuts
445PM- 2 eggys, brocc/cauli, walnuts
din- salad bar at Jason's then home to salmon and walnuts
