Cold turkey to tea these days. No major withdrawals, maybe a touch of headache on day 1, but so far, so good- but I do feel a bit more 'draggy' (that a word?) in the am....pre WOD especially. Pretty whipped right now, actually!
WOD: 'Absobloodylutely': AMRAP 15: 2 HSPUs, 6 burpees, 10 pullups. Got 9rds plus 6 pulls. I dig the bw WODs.
One week and counting on the challenge, friends!! If you're reading this, then you're probably one of the tough ones still in it. It has been a pleasure watching and reading your progress and changes- give it all you got for these last few days- there's at least one die hard making some hard core changes in this last week to bring it all together for the camera next week....way to be Stuntman!!

hungry @ 2PM- (wtf?) egg, brocc/cauli, few walnuts and little ab.
5PM- 3 eggs, 1 red pepper, walnuts
mahi, bruss sprouts, EVOO, 1.5 sq 90%
