WOD: "On The Minute": 3 PCs, 5 burpees, on the minute for 10min @ 80% 3RM. Bumped it up to 95lbs. No fouls. Got to do this one beside MK.

I don't know WHO has been on the dark chocolate rampage in this town, but there indeed seems to be a shortage in Ft. Myers....I cannot find any 90% anywhere....I had to 'resort' to Ghiradelli (I think Lindt is far superior) today just to have some in the cupbard!!!
