WOD: 'Mother of Pearl': Run 800, 400, 200, 400, 800. Rest times are previous run times. It was all fun and games till the 200....I was pleasantly surprised to turn in faster times today than last time. I was totally expecting to bust this one because I have not been doing any extra work (CFEs) and have put on a few lbs recently. I am pretty sure I am still a slow white girl, but not as slow as I was in December apparently! 2:51, 1:17, :39, 1:23, 2:57.
