Wednesday April 28

Up with OK sleep. Dang asparagus kept me up peeing.

WOD: 21 thrusters @ 65, run 200, 15 thrusters, run 400, 9 thrusters, run 800. 8:08. Kept it Rxd (because I wanted to?) and started myself for a nice little change up! Then 3 min of handstand holds.

home to some nuts and 2 eggs. hungry this afternoon, so I ate. :)
