Wednesday with Wang Chung

Up with good sleep.

WOD: Wang Chung: 50 air squats, sprint 200, 40 squats, 200, 30, 200, 20, 200, 10, 200. Nice little leg diddy today. managed a 6:58. Then to the real crap: 25 TGU's each side, 25 windmills each side. Did the first 5 TGU's @ 35lbs, then went to 30lbs. Did the windmills @ 25lbs today. I feel like saying a big whew! after all that.

lunch @ Beefs: big catch salad sans cheese. evoo and vinegar.
